• Packaged securely (in original boxing whenever possible) to prevent damage during the journey back.
  

3. Shipping Requirements

For your protection and ours, all returned merchandise must be sent using a trackable shipping service. This allows for verifiable delivery confirmation.

4. Shipping Liabilities

• Customer Preferences: For returns related to personal choices (such as a change of heart or selecting the wrong size), the customer is responsible for the shipping fees. New Colors Fashion does not issue pre-paid labels for these instances. You are free to select any major carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  
• Faulty or Erroneous Orders: If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, we assume full financial responsibility ($0.00 cost to you). We will provide a pre-paid digital shipping label for you to print and use.
  

5. No Hidden Charges

• Restocking Fees: We do not apply any restocking or processing fees for returned goods.
  

How to Start the Process

1. Obtain Approval: Email contact@getnewcolorsfashion.com with your order details and the reason for the request. Our specialists will send you a return authorization and the correct shipping address.
   
2. Safe Packing: Re-pack the product carefully, ensuring all documentation and components are inside the box.
   
3. Dispatch: Ship the item back to us following the specific guidelines provided in our authorization email.
   

Verification & Reimbursement

• Quality Check: Once your return is delivered to our facility, our team will perform a quality inspection. This verification is generally finalized within 1 business day.
  
• Approval: Following a successful inspection, we will immediately authorize your reimbursement.
  
• Credit Issuance: Refunds are sent exclusively to the original payment source. While we process it right away, please allow approximately 7 business days for the funds to be visible in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
  

Exchange Program

We are delighted to offer exchanges if you require a different variant or size:

• There are no fees for the exchange service.
  
• While the customer manages the return freight to us, New Colors Fashion will pay for the shipping of your new replacement item.
  

Order Cancellations

We provide a 24-hour window for order modifications or cancellations. Please notify us immediately within this period. Once the 24-hour mark has passed, the order is usually sent to fulfillment and cannot be revoked.
