New Colors Fashion does not issue pre-paid labels for these instances. You are free to select any major carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
  • Faulty or Erroneous Orders: If you receive a damaged, broken, or incorrect product, we assume full financial responsibility ($0.00 cost to you). We will provide a pre-paid digital shipping label for you to print and use.

5. No Hidden Charges

  • Restocking Fees: We do not apply any restocking or processing fees for returned goods.

Verification & Reimbursement

  • Quality Check: Once your return is delivered to our facility, our team will perform a quality inspection. This verification is generally finalized within 1 business day.
  • Approval: Following a successful inspection, we will immediately authorize your reimbursement.
  • Credit Issuance: Refunds are sent exclusively to the original payment source. While we process it right away, please allow approximately 7 business days for the funds to be visible in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

Exchange Program

  • There are no fees for the exchange service.
